The Yoga Rooms Community Class

Exclusive event for the Firefly Sisterhood Community.
Join us this October for a special partnership with The Yoga Rooms in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! This is a donation-based, all-levels yoga class where you will be guided through a restorative flow with gentle stretches, supportive props, and a soothing sound bath meditation. No experience needed—just come as you are.

All month long, The Yoga Room will also be collecting donations to support Firefly Sisterhood’s mission of fostering one-to-one connections between people impacted by breast cancer and inspirational survivors and thrivers that serve as their Peer Mentor Guides. Our goal is a future where no one faces breast cancer alone.
